At Coco and Toto, we understand that your pet is your family member and that to put them in care of someone else requires a great deal of trust. We work hard to uphold our commitment to you and your pet, to provide the best service, and administer the best care. Our services are customized to meet your schedule and your pet’s needs. Walking, feeding, even administering medication (except injections), if necessary, are all part of the services we provide you and your pet.

All of our dog walkers are bonded and insured and have undergone a comprehensive background check and training program.

They have been prepared for various contigencies and carry extra leashes, collars, harnesses, sweaters on cold days, and water on every walk.

No matter how busy your schedule might be, your pet’s comfort and security will not suffer. You can take care of business knowing we’re taking care of your pets like they were our very own.

All dogs must be up-to-date on their vaccinations. We require and keep a copy of your dog's vaccine record on file.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, call us at (212) 956-5822 24 hours in advance so we may reschedule the time with someone else.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance or fail to keep an appointment, you are responsible for a Cancellation Fee equivalent to the regular daily rate of the service in question.
